Ever since my student loan has been transferred to MOHELA, it has been nothing but problems. They charged me interest during the no interest period, and when I tried to contact them, no response. I then saw they took out $349.85 ON TOP of my monthly payment and put $297.16 of that towards the interest and only $52.69 towards the principal. I tried to contact them about this as well, no response. Nothing but automated messages. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of all the interest they have taken from me, or apply that interest they have taken from me towards the principal.

Mohela is a company of crooks. They make it impossible to speak to a person, via phone, email, or bot. They don't answer complaints or emails I do send them through the cumbersome process to complain. Their hold time has been well one 2 hours every single time I've called(many times over the years). They are dragging their feet in my debt forgiveness application thus causing more interest to accrue. Resolution Sought Simply put, do their job. To expand a bit, just process my application correctly. 116 plus 4 is 120, very simple situation.
