I ordered three dog toys that were advertised as indestructible and with a money back guarantee. After my dog ruined a toy within minutes, I reached out to customer support for a refund and they told me that they do not refund for broken toys but would send a replacement. I then asked how I can return the two unopened toys and they said that they can offer a 30 refund but that was the best they could do. Their site clearly states that there is a 30 day return window for unused toys and I am well within that window still. It seems they are trying to string me along until I am past that 30 day window when they will be able to refuse the return. Resolution Sought Refund my total order and let me return the toys
