I have been trying to cancel my membership with this company and they keep hanging up on me anytime I mention wanting to cancel. They are forcing money out of my tax credit even after I have stated I want my account removed/closed/cancelled. Resolution Sought Return payment from taxes and cancel my membership

This insurance continues to contact me on a regular basis and after I spoke to several supposed managers and representatives to please take my name off their call list, I was reassured I would not be contacted again, to which that was a lie. I'm harassed almost daily now and now a dental company is contacting me for the same individual named Deon Montgomery. I have never known this person, I have had my number for close to 7 years now and suddenly Im getting these harassing calls. It's exhausting to keep repeating myself to each caller. I need them to put my name on their DO NOT CALL LIST immediately. Angela email was also sent but again, now a dental company named Blue Dental Group from Hawthorne is calling me, the employee said they are through a Liberty Dental. A, Validia, called me. Her manager is Jessica. I explained it also to Validia also to not contact me again. Please help me contact a higher up supervisor from Molina Healthcare to remove my number from their files for a Mr. Deon Montgomery. No relation to me, my number, my address, nothing related to this customer of theirs. I was told someone in their office mistakenly added my number. They call giving me private information about this person. Even when I said I don't know him. A supervisor had contacted me to express she would add my name to a NO CALL LIST. Still the calls from different numbers keep harassing me. Molina Healthcare is harassing me regularly. I want to seek an attorney if this continues. Help!! Resolution Sought Stop calling me, especially regularly with different numbers. Now a dental office called Blue Dental Group from Hawthorne area of Los Angeles is also calling me through them. 310-263-1030. Molina Healthcare has different numbers so I can't give you a specific number. Unfortunately. Local and 833 & 866 numbers are calling me daily.
