I use gas reimbursement through Molina I had a appointment on April 4th at 610 n Lincoln Ave Urbana IL 61801 I drove over a hour & 15 mins there a hour & 20 mins back I was see a doctor that is neuroscience institute for neck & back problems Molina sent the doctor office didn't fill out the prior authorization I will not get paid I've been fighting with this for over a month in a week which I still am I also filled out agreements because I don't think this is right they never told me that a prior authorization was need so I called the doctor office and gave them Molina fax number and I call them over 20 times about this on top of that my doctor off never got the paperwork that was need to be filled out so I call Molina back they claim they send it so I had call the doctor office and they send it over three times and I ask what more is need they claim Molina need to fill out paperwork for me get pay the denied it because my doctor's office didn't get the paperwork and they didn't get the fax it back to them I think what need to be done is they need to tell me or the person that dose trip for patience what is need and if they need a prior authorization is need so this don't happen to someone else therefore they have not followed up with me or tried to make this right or get in touch with me I've call them every other day for a month in a week to get the runaround @ I also make this appointment 2 week before my appointment so they should had all the stuff done before 4/6/22. Resolution Sought To pay me the 139.95 and another 30 just for all the hassle and frustration.

I have been trying to enroll in a Medicaid/Medicare plan called Molina Dual Options MI Health Link for over 3 months. I am turning 65 in March. So Social Security automatically enrolled me in Medicare Parts A and B, in October, no less! I received letters from CMS, Social Security and MDHHS stating that I qualify for extra help. The letters state, to pick your health plan. I have been trying, but they all keep doing is passing the buck, and tell me to call someone else. I even have been talking to a MMAP counselor. Medicaid/Michigan Assistance Program. They all finally told me, after months, to call back February 1st to enroll. Now they are telling me to call back March 1st. Medicare is going to start billing me for a Part D drug plan that they just gave me with Humana. Nobody would let me sign up for the health plan I want! It covers everything, including prescriptions, vision, and dental, zero out of pocket. I am on a fixed income, etc. My doctors, dentists, etc. all take Molina. Now I won't even have a health plan, after February 28th. I have Full Medicaid, and with Medicare starting March 1st. Why does Michigan lie, and tell you to sign up for a health care plan, before your Medicare starts, and then won't let you?! Even the supervisors at MDHHS/Enrolls don't even know what's going on! I am so upset. Michigan gets a zero for their customer service, etc.! My MI Enrolls Number is 1220340894. MDDHS Case #126921794 Resolution Sought Get me enrolled in Molina Dual Options MI Health Link Plan before Humana starts billing me $31 a month! Or find someone that can help me! Dana Nessel? Where can I go, or who can I talk to?
