Breach of contract and property damage. Contractor was hired to do a bathroom remodel, did not complete and walked away from jobsite. Took 50 of pay upfront for a job he left uncompleted, left plumbing leaking and poured concrete mix down my backyard drain system which cause my backyard to flood with rain. This person admitted to damages and now doesn't want to pay for all damages he cause and denies to return the money that was paid to him upfront for a bathroom remodeling project. Thus person should not be doing business of any home repairs because he is dishonest and a liar. Resolution Sought I would like for him to return the money that was paid to him for breach of contract and pay for damages he caused to my property.
