My mother owns a home 13967 in July of 2022. Our electric bill went from $154 to over $400.00. I believed Momentum Solar salesman's claim that their installers were properly trained and the best solar panels. I provided a my POA, mom's trust fund and the info for the FMRP metal roof. I expected thirty-seven high energy producing panels. I also wanted a battery backup. I signed on his computer Nancy J Caudill P.O.A. He asked for my driver's license saying it was for residence. He said Mom would get a $14,000. Solar tax credit. He asked me for a credit card for the automatic payment. He said nothing about them taking out a loan. In 2023 Momentum contacted me stated they could do the job correctly. But when it was done they put 28 damaged and obsolete panels on instead. I've been told it's only worth about $15.000. Also unbeknownst to me my name was fraudulently copy pasted on a Notice of Commencement, Which was then used to apply for a loan with Dividend. I don't remember filling out the loan application. On Feb 24th Joel the foreman returned switching out the seven damaged panels without permission to be on the property. I believe this was done in an attempt to claim the $49500 system value. They also damaged my mother's roof by walking on the metal barrels denting it severely. My mother will not qualify for the solar tax credit either. Resolution Sought I want them to take off the $26,000 for damaging moms new roof. Also taking off the $14,000 for the tax credit my mom is out. I'm also injured with the identity fraud that Zachary Harring and Michelle Pimentel committed against me, by making the false Notice of Commencement. Hitting me with the 49500 debt. Which is on my credit report. I have not yet gone to the police since l work full time and l was giving Momentum the opportunity to handle this without seeking criminal avenues against
