Monarch home service came to perform a service at my house. The technician performed the job working on my AC unit , we call him back because water start leaking through my bedroom ceiling, the technician came back 2 hrs later he said "sorry I forgot to clean the drain line", but by the time he got back, my bedroom ceiling start peeling off, damaging the ceiling roof. So I call the company to report the problem, and they been trying to avoid the responsibility for the damage caused. All I'm asking is for them to fix and take care of the problem they created but they been putting me off and ignoring me. Resolution Sought For Monarch services to fix the damage in the ceiling.
