The apartments complex always send notification for pest control visit for every Thursday but on the Thursday which is the 3rd of November they did not. The pest controller came in and I was cooking so I asked him in but he refused to and he told me he will reschedule me and I told him no that I will turn off my stove whilst he does his job, he insisted of rescheduling.. He left and I was charge $200 hundred dollars which I was forced to pay I because I can't pay my rent without the fine. Resolution Sought They should refund my money. In fact she told me that this Thursday they will do the same

Company states; Our team works diligently to maintain a pest-free community. Ms. Barnes' home has missed multiple treatments for which we did not charge. At this time, Ms. Barnes is required to pay the $200 fee in accordance with our community policy for not being prepared, which is agreed upon when all residents sign their lease.
