I entrusted my valuables to Mr. Wayne Edward's moving company. I assumed my household items would be removed from my sold home and safely delivered to my new home. A valuable Grandfather Clock was severely damaged and needed a lot of repair. Some repairs were made, but the clock was not put back together in the state it was when it was initially packed. The clock parts were returned to us in a box. My expectation was that the clock would be returned in the same state it was in when initially packed. I have made several attempts to mutually resolve this issue with Mr. Edwards, but he continues to put me off. I would appreciate any assistance/support you could offer me to resolve this problem. Resolution Sought Pay the final cost to have my clock restored to the state it was in prior to the packing and delivery.
