I was one hour Late of electronically paying my phone bill. They have a rule if it does not come in by 5:00 p.m. The day it is due there is a $10 disconnection feet.. My dispute is that I paid it the same day, but it didn't go threw in time, that is not my fault.. Resolution Sought Wave late free. Make them give a 10 day grace. Period Before they start charging people. And every time we call in because we have lost Internet connection due to weather we shouldn't have to pay for Internet that brief 6 to 8 hours every time.

Company states; Customer bills are due upon receipt. Bills are out by the first day of the month. They are due by the 20th, of each month a late fee of $10.00 per month is accessed on the 21st of each month, We attached (upon request) a copy of the late notice along with the payment transaction detail showing the date & time of payment received. The customer has 20 day grace period to get the bill paid before a late fee is imposed.
