My total purchase amount is $336.61. Mondo had a massive QC issue and I requested my preorder to be canceled. This QC issue was on a massive level and you can easily find this issue online and social media platforms. I was only refunded 254.39. Mondo assured me my total purchase amount would be refunded. I have reached out to them for almost 4 weeks and they have ignored my request to refund the missing amount of $82.22. Resolution Sought I would like them to honor their commitment to me and refund the remaining $82.22.back to me.
