The employees at new money express have no idea what they are doing.

The employees at new money express have no idea what they are doing. They sent us off for 2 days straight telling us that we could cash our checks with the proper identification. We show up with all proper identification on that day, and we are informed that our identification is "too new." I am appalled and frustrated that their employees mislead us, and made us do so much work just for nothing. We have Bill's to pay, and checks not being cashed is a big deal. Reform their employee training process, and understand that their employees are giving different bits of information to different customers.
