I was just informed I had no balance with them and they were going to close my account I have a screenshot of my balance Resolution Sought Give my balance of $50 to me

Money Lion said I have no balance because I have no Roar money account. I have a linked bank account, Regions, and ask them to transfer my Money Lion balance,$50, to my linked debit card. I was told the $50 was my Regions balance. My balance with Regions is -$5.44 but when I told them my balance was $2.35 and shouldn't my ML reflect that instead of $50? The next message said my Money Lion now reflected $2.35. which has never been my balance because it's -$5.40

They are just going to take me on my $50. If it wasn't my money why is it in my account? AND ITS NOT IN MY BANK!

I opened a credit builder loan with moneylion. It works in the way that they give you a 1000 dollar account to pay off and then after it is they release the escrow to your account. I paid off my loan on 1/10 and after 2 weeks of not receiving my escrow I contacted them. After speaking to numerous employees and providing bank statements to prove I have never received the amount they have refused to release my escrow. I have also spoken with my bank who confirmed I have never received money from them. Resolution Sought I want the money I am owed through paying off the loan

Two days ago they finally transferred the funds. After 2 months. They still reported the account as a charge off. I'm still completely unsatisfied. The fact they took two months and made it so difficult and that I was depending on that loan pay out. It really affected me financially; not to mention the mental stress of dealing with their horrible customer service. But they did send the money
