I been trying to update my information such as my address and also my email they don't give you that option in the app I done had my account over 10 years before it was roar money I emailed them about the issue 2 months ago never got a response so I called to speak with someone and the person that I spoke to told me that she couldn't update my information because of some information didn't match in their system she didn't ask me for no information to verify my identity. The only thing she asked me for was my first name last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of my Social Security number to get into my account. She never asked me for any information to verify my account so I can update my information. Then I asked her to let me speak with a supervisor. She kept coming up with every excuse and told me that she wasn't able to get in touch with a supervisor and then when I told her I need to speak with someone that's over her. That way I can get a better understanding because she wasn't explaining anything to me to let me know why she wasn't able to get into my account , she put me on hold for 10 minutes to speak to supervisor and then when she came back, she told me that all the supervisors was available when she had told me that she couldn't get in touch with no supervisor and that they was busy on the phone with other people and they would give me a call back once they were done I don't understand it and they need to do better than that. Resolution Sought Help me get my information changed.

I have been with this company since 2019. After reading my agreement signed to pay a monthly membership fee of 19.99 I found that I was being overcharged for their services. They were not abiding by the contract, and lastly my account was not secured. My account was hacked and after reimbursing me for the amount I was hacked for, the company blocked my account. They continued to charge me the monthly fee while blocked from using some of the promised services without explanation. Additionally, customer service refuse to help and refuse to put me in contact with upper management. Resolution Sought To be reimburse myself and anyone else they've been taking money from, and shut down the business.
