Do your party somewhere else it's not worth the aggravation!!!

I called schedule times to get a quote for my small single mothers group for one of our mothers 3 year old daughter birthday party. Since February 7th, for the quote, which is advertised on their website. I spoke to Alirdlee, which she then forward my call to the manger Liz that was rude and stated that the owner sonny has left several messages and hadn't responded back!!! This is not how any establishment should run their business and I will like to file a formal complaint against Monkey Joes. I would have like the owner Sonny to have returned my several phone calls or have his manger trained to answer these questions when clients are trying to book an event!! Worse customer service ever received!!!
