We brought our vehicle to the service station in West Springfield to the West Springfield to have the control arm fixed Then they said they needed me to bring it back the next day which I did and dropped it off at 8 o'clock in the morning I then could not get ahold of them all day they did not answer their phones they had my vehicle for a 2 days which made me miss work and then gave me back a vehicle that was unsafe for my children to be in . They had not secured a piece of the part which ruined the cv shift axel Monroe in Chicopee replaced the broken one which was one day which is 3 days without vehicle. I then asked for I'll refund because my family was put in danger I was put in danger and I missed work to pay these women $700 to fix my car. Monroe refused and set the only thing they Can you give me what's the labor cost Which is like 1 84 88 Now has been mailed out to my address 3 times that I have not received because they have been putting the wrong address on it. Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me back some money I originally paid these women to take up my time and break my car I trusted them with my children safety and they let me down.

Company states: We apologize for inconvenience that this error caused Mr., Byrne. The shop in Chicopee did not charge to correct the error of the West Springfield location, Our department did offer the labor that was charged by the West Springfield location due to the work not being done correctly. Mr. Byrne did accept this as a resolution to the matter. We have confirmed the address with Mr, Bryne on Oct 31, 2022 and the check has been put back in the mail for Mr. Byrne. There would be no other refund offered.
