I sent out prints to monster house plans same day they arrived to get the materials list from another vendor. 8 days(business Days) later still no materials list. I called during business hours and no response from owner about my list. then on Sunday he emails me and says he is in contact with the vendor( after i already asked for a refund due to it taking so long ) and it will be completed the next day( 9 business while he has it advertise 5-7 days). Resolution Sought Refund my $450 for the material list that I do not need anymore.
