Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased a couch and a protection plan for the couch through Monage FS. I have tried to file multiple claims with them and waited on hold for over 2 hours to speak to no-one. Calls are never returned and my couch is still broken and unserviced. Resolution Sought I would like my couch fixed or a new couch.

I have a furniture plain through montage furniture plan. I have called then for weeks I have also emailed them I still haven't heard from then at all they give a replacement or something. Resolution Sought I would like then to give a replacement
