I ordered a bedspread that said Sham was included in the packaging. The image in the listing showed a bed setup with the bedspread and two shams. Amazon ORDER # 111-3259758-6365856. After only receiving the bedspread I contacted the retailer via Amazon and after numerous days of back and forth including them telling me that the shams were unavailable, even though they had a separate listing on Amazon for them. Then they tell me they are sending a second bedspread. They sent me a single Sham. They updated the listing to remove mention that Sham were included. I tried asking them again to make it right. They said their listing for a Sham was for only one Sham. That is why they only sent one and if I wanted a second I could order it. I explained that a bedding set comes with two shams. So I asked them again to make it right and send me the 2nd Sham that comes in a bedding set. I have a copy of the original listing. Resolution Sought I would like a 2nd Sham sent to me.
