December 1.2022 ordered delivery for Lincoln Nautilus 2019 VIN:*******2455 true Montway LLC, USDOT # 2239816, MC# 611862. My vehicle spouse to be deliver at 12.06.2022. After my vehicle was picked up 12.05.2022 Montway rejected to provide me information about my vehicle locayion and condition and also Montway rejected to deliver my vehicle to the destination! I don't know where is and in what condition is my vehicle!!! Delivery driver was very rude, he threatened me, cuss out me! Montway extortion me, by forcing me to pay for the service which Montway didn't provided to me !!! In confirmation documents wich Montway sended to me during order processing, clearly said that partial payment of services $159 has taken place rest of the payment $350 must be made in cash after Montway delivers my vehicle to the destination! MY VEHICLE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO THE DESTINATION!!!!!! During my communication with Montway I confirmed a lot of times that Montway can have their paymen, when my vehicle will be delivered to the destination and I will make sure that everything is ok with my vehicle how it was agreed upon! MONTWAY REJECTED IT !!All delivery essue are coming from Montway side! Resolution Sought Montway MUST TO RETURN ME MY VEHICLE AND should compensate for the all inconvenience caused to me!!!
