I ordered a future hoop pro hula hoop from mood hoops back in May 2022 and had issues with it, TRIED TAKING IT OUT TO A FESTIVAL AND IT WOULDNT TURN ON.. sent in for one year warranty and they had to send me back a brand new hula hoop.. eventually the hoop started to display a red LED light indicating that it was broken also the hoop is huge and when I confronted the company they tell me they cannot fix it because of supply shortages.. so they offered me a 100.00 off buying a new hoop from them, the new hoop I received had a charging port that was upside down and off center.. confronted mood hoops about it and asked if they could fix and switch out HD lights for regular due to battery life and they tell me no and to buy another hoop..at this point I am so unhappy with their customer service.. Nikki from moodhoops has talked to me very rudely and I have messages to prove the poor quality of customer service I have been dealing with. Nikki told me to mail the hoop back to them but they will only refund me what I paid for it which was 344.00 plus 40.00 for shipping but I don't feel as if it makes the situation correct. I will be out $100.00 they gifted me for trying to make things right and I will be without the hula hoop I paid for and received as a gift for Christmas ?? Resolution Sought Full refund, and apology, make the situation right by fixing my hula hoop hit im tired of dealing with them altogether
