I purchased a heated massager 01/13/2022. ( order # 1644 ) I recieved an email showing proof of my purchase within minutes. On 01/19 , I contacted them by phone ( left message )because the tracking showed it had not been shipped yet. I was inquiring why I have no answers. I called again requesting that the order be canceled and credited back to my card. Resolution Sought Send my order, or refund purchase price.
