Law firm representing me for wrong full discharge. The settlement amount of $68,000. They took 40 of $68,000. And filling fee $8,000. They only pay me $28,000. (they scam me $8,000, after the settlement...if they told me before. I shall not need they service. (I am request to be refund my money. $8,000). I never heard any lawyer is charge for filling fee. (they trick me, they sent me an W-9 from the beginning . Blank W-9. (there is no any amount on that blank W-9.) After, the settlement. The law firm input the amount on that W-9. And the date. Without my knowledge). Now, I have to pay tax of $59,00. They only pay me $28,000. Resolution Sought Refund my $8,000 for filling fee.. They refuse to give me a receipt from the court.

Company states; Pursuant to our attorney client retainer agreement, Mr. Tames agreed to reimburse my firm for all cost associated with the litigation of his case. The $8,000 "filing fee" he is referring to is the total amount of costs my firm paid to litigate his case, which includes a mediation fee, which cost $12,000, of which my firm paid half the fee for ($6,000), deposition fees, various court filing fees, and service of process fees. I do not know what he is talking about in regards to the w9. Unfortunately, I am unable to divulge the communications my firm has had with Mr. Tames due to the attorney, client privilege. However, if Mr. Tames is willing to waive such privilege, his contractual agreement with my firm.
