Purchased 2 "books" for Christmas, never showed up, even though I paid for the Hardcover format. I would like my money refunded. There were 2 books purchased and never knew they were not actual physical books. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.

I searched for a book on the internet and this group advertised the book for 9.50 and there was no indication that it was a digital book as I wanted an actual book for a xmas present. After I paid they sent an email saying it is a digital book. Very deceptive business practice. Resolution Sought Refund my money
