Mr. Morales will not come back and finish the job he started. The stairs. were not done properly . He did not remove all the cement , as promised in writing, and after he put the waterproofing material on the stairs , water is coming through and we can see it is wet under the stairs after it rains and therefore his waterproofing has not been done correctly. Also, he did not leave enough space on the stairs for our tile contractor to add the tile. Mr.Morales said he would come back and make the necessary repairs and adjustments for tile installation an d each time he promises to come. He never shows up. This has been going on for months. We paid Mr. Morales in full, over 22,000 dollars and he guaranteed in writing that it would have a 5 year warranty. He has not followed through on any of his contract obligations. Resolution Sought To pay back $10, 000 worth of incomplete work Or to return by end March to complete the job
