Not satisfied
My wife ordered a cake for her parents 50th anniversary. When I picked up the cake and brought it home to her there was a piece broke. The decorating looked like it could have been done by a child. The cake was small. She called the business and wanted to bring the cake back and get a refund. The business owner said she has a no refund policy. It's a cake decorating business, customers should be able to get a refund if they are not satisfied.
