Almost a year ago I started a vehicle accident lawsuit through Morgan & Morgan. Angela Watkins is my representative. In October she told me that it would be 8 to 10 days and I would be paid out. It is now January and they have given many excuses. She said the lawyer didn't sign my paperwork, then recently she said there was a lien. I told them I was paying the Drs. They are already paid, Morgan and Morgan paid the doctor they referred to me, I confirmed it. When I called they said I'm not in the system. My representative said it's out of her hands but no one else will help me. They also initially pretended to be my wife to raise our insurance rates online, my rates have doubled for the last year while I wait for them to pay me out they did this so that I would have full coverage. I told them to sue the person who is that fault but they refused to do so, saying that if she didn't have full coverage she obviously had no money. Resolution Sought I want them to direct deposit the money or cut me a check. There's no reason why they shouldn't they have my money and they've already paid their doctor.

Well, my case has been open for 3 years. Since the beginning the attorney assigned was on leave for 2 yrs. Or more. I only spoke to paralegal. They would schedule phone meetings which 90 percent of the time they never took place. I've told them to close case but they don't listen to me. I have a probate firm that also needs to talk Morgan and Morgan but she as well gets the same response. Morgan and Morgan claim they are you for the little people, I guess I'm not small enough. 2 firms looked at the case, but they said they don't want to touch it. Malpractice case, they didn't file documents. I just want it to end , they don't do anything. I received a voicemail from new attorney and she said she wanted to do unsworn statement, never heard back from her nor her paralegal. Resolution Sought To help the people they claim to fight for.
