I called the Morgan and Morgan in regards to a slip and fall accident in march 2021 they took all of my documents all of my information acted like they were going to be working on my case two years later exactly March 2023 my case is handed off from one attorney to another attorney and that attorney decides to call me and tell me after two years that my case basically wasn't worth their time and they are going to close my case. My complaint is that I should've been given this information well before two years so that I would've had time to adequately research another law office, and seek assistance from someone else instead of two years after the fact . I have called and called and called and can never get a hold of anyone in their customer relations team I can't get a hold of an office manager I text I can't. They said they give me numbers no one ever calls me back I can't go to the agency or the facility where the slipping ball was to get information because Morgan and Morgan still shows up as being my attorneys . My doctors won't release any information because Morgan and Morgan still shows up to be my attorneys and I'm stuck in the middle. I did specific like medical treatments and stuff that had I known that after two years they were going to just drop me because it wasn't worth their time. Then I may have chosen different medical treatment routes as well. This is really a very frustrating situation . I would like for someone other than a chat box or text person to call Resolution Sought Make it right take the case and complete it and get my medical bills covered or at least send me the documentation and the information that I need in order to seek representation elsewhere or they should cover my medical bills because again it took over two years for somebody to call me after they took my initial case, and tell me that they weren't going to be able to take my case which doesn't make any sense

This company does not ask for payments, but I was asked for my card number for the balance above (monthly). Now, they will not give me my money back and I got an email stating they can't help me with my case. Resolution Sought I want my money back.
