If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Called Morgan and Morgan due to bottle falling off shelf hitting me on head. Was told only way to lose is if I took bottle and hit myself. Had a lawyer he was great, few weeks before testifying on lap a new lawyer called me. I got totally confused,I'd got a concussion from hit. He confused me on my original answers he led me wrong. My testimony didn't match film so he dropped me. Was told to go to dr and I didn't have to pay if I didn't win. This new lawyer told me to bad I had to pay. I'm out thousands of dollars now, my lawyer was great friends with other attorney. He didn't care was told to sign papers and bye. We left in shock, still have problems from accident. Resolution Sought Answer was I was done wrong, I'm 67 and don't appreciate being treated has I'm to old for real help.
