On the 17th of Sept 2024, I walked into the dealership for the purchase of a used Lincoln Navigator after having filed an application online. When I walked in that morning, I made it clear to the dealership that I will only make the purchase if they can guarantee giving me a commercial registration. They went in and had a meeting for upwards of an hour and told me that they would. They then told me that they secured a 48 month financing instead of the usual 60 or 72 months for most vehicles. I asked them why 48 months and they said it was because, I demanded a commercial registration. I went ahead and dropped a down payment of $18,000 because I wanted my monthly payment to be under a $1,000 a month. They told me it wasn't possible because, I was getting a 48 month plan. I also rejected a refurbishment plan they included for about roughly $3,000 but their salesman against my will squeezed it in insisting that they include it in all their sales. Before I finished the signing of documents, the sales manager Wayne Lee pressured me to purchase extended warranty which I did. After forty days the registration came back in the mail as regular instead of the commercial that I insisted on. I immediately went back to the dealership and met with Mr Lee the finance salesman and told him what happened. He picked up the phone and called a lady whom he instructed to fix the problem. His body language immediately changed and he looked cold. Since then he's not been taking my phone calls. Resolution Sought To provide me with the commercial registration agreed upon and quickly as possible because, I'm loosing income daily with no end in sight.
