They are making me transfer to another apartment & charging $300 more a month. Doesn't seem right. Resolution Sought Not raise my rent $300.

We decided to not renew Mr. Meyers current lease. Mr. Meyers was given the option to transfer to another unit. Mr. Meyers chose to transfer to another until in the community and signed a lease for this unit at market rate. Mr. Meyers has the option to vacate his current apartment at the end of the current lease and find an apartment in this or another area that is within the price range he is looking to pay.
