My complaint is the rental office of Henson Creek Apts. I have reported several issues in my apartment and nothing ever get fixed but they want rent money on time. I have gone for at least 8 weeks with no air, with constantly reporting and never to get a answer from the office nor corporate. Finally they gave me 2 fans to use which is still in my home. It worked for 2 weeks and now I be been calling and reporting my bathroom ceiling is about to cave in and heat is not working. They been promising they coming. No results. I've been using heaters to keep from freezing and now my pepco bill is over 600.00. this is not acceptable and something needs to done immediately. Resolution Sought I feel something should be taken off my rent and these items needed to be fixed yesterday. It's a shame. All they have been doing is making false statements
