Had New Salt Cell System installed 6/30/22 as told was needed for chlorine to start generating again. Also paid for new filter & installation,which also has not been done.Pool still not generating chlorine. Owner-Norman & Angelina-employee promising "Chris will be out there" since 7/6/22-several times as of 7/16/22,my last phone call. Have pictures of Pentair (most expensive) system & results of water sample 7/9/22 proving no chlorine is being generated & Salt reading 3000,stabilizer-40-both very good. Chlorine-0, so there has been no chlorine in pool for at least 6 weeks now. Was also told by Angelina 7/16/22 that Norman-owner was ignoring my messages (after she told me to call him to let him know noone has come out yet to complete the job,fix the problem)& she will put another work order in,for the 5th time & it will get taken care of. She also told me "Chris refuses to come out to finish job & fix problem with New System a few days earlier. I have been VERY SICK & in ER twice last week, & Urgent Care 7/10/22. Have bad ear infection, eye infection, skin infection since 7/7/22. Most likely from going in pool just to hand vacuum 7/6/22,as vacuum also not working with head on. Asked Chris to check before leaving 6/30/22 & take with him to shop for new feet. But of course he did not do this as well. I made Angelina aware of everything that has happened since 6/30/22. I am still too sick to drive & done with useless phone calls. Have all texts from company saved. Please help Resolution Sought Complete the job,making sure pool is generating chlorine, New System working 100 or refund & replace with System I want-not what owner says I need. Pay for any & all extra costs incurred to save pool from any damage that may have already occurred or will occur soon. If not resolved may also add medical expenses & lawyer. This is the most unethical,unprofessional,unqualified pool company who has no regard for morals,integrity & honesty. They also have no concern for my health condition or pain.

We have been to the woman's pool three times. Just a week ago recently. The technician specifically told her to add salt. She did not add enough salt. It is strictly her own doing. She will not listen to the instructions given to her. We told her the level at which the chlorinator must be set. Told her over and over again. She needs to follow what she has been told to do.

Every single bit of the response is a lie. They have only been here once. Norman and Chris have not been on property together, so someone is lying. The pump is right behind my bedroom wall and I've been home and only saw Chris once. He took the vacuum head out of the pool and took it with him. I've only spoken with Norman on July 6 (one time) after the pool was installed. Nobody has ever spoken with me personally since then. I added one bag of salt on June 30. No one every told me what to do, what to set the chlorinator on. I asked Chris when he was here on June 30, to explain the system and asked if I needed to do anything when he was done. He said NO. And, he left without speaking with me or leaving an itemized invoice. I have not received an itemized invoice. I was told over the phone there is a 1 or 2 year warranty, but didn't receive anything in writing. Also, my vacuum head has not been returned. Also, on the itemized invoice, please include the cost of the vacuum feet.
