I received a promotional invitation to go to a slot machine tournament on 1/22/2024. I made a reservation for 1/21-1/23. I arrived at your establishment and registered for my hotel room. The first thing I asked the receptionist was about registering for the tournament that I was invited to. She informed me that after 6pm on 1/21/24 there will be a booth by the rewards station to register for said tournament. So at 6pm I went to the booth that I was told to go to and when I arrived I presented my ID and member card to a man named Thomas. He threw my cards I presented back to me and asked me what did I want. I then informed him that I would like to register for the tournament that I was invited to come and participate in. Thomas then told me, I was supposed to register a day before, which would be 1/20/2024. Then I told him that I asked the receptionist when I registered for my room and she told me to be in the tournament I had to register here with you after 6pm. He told me that I was not on the list, that if I wanted I could be on a waitlist for 7pm the next day. Which I am confused how I was not on a list, when Thomas never even looked at what my name was or checked a list for me. Then he pushed me out of the way and told me to move out of his way. I told him, NO, you did not check if I was on any list and you have to show me respect I am trying to talk to you. Then you shoved me out of the way. I asked him what his name was and very disrespectful Resolution Sought Get my $100 dollars back and for them to not treat minority elderly like trash

My debit card was used at one of your ATM I wasn't the one who used it I was charged $167.45 to my account on Wednesday at 1:11 pm, Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded.
