Reverse Mortgage on Walter's Road in Houston, TX was paid off for my deceased mother's loan in June 2017. The property was sold to my sister at the appraised amount. Reverse Mortgage never closed out the loan and continued to call us about the loan and we referred them to the loan department and a Vice President name Gorge and officer name Elsa. they handled the closing with our attorney Steve Nixon with Milner and Nixon. the are now trying to get the write off amount from us. Resolution Sought We would like them to close the account that is in my Mother's name. Leonia Bradley Roach and pay all legal fees we have incurred and pain and suffering because they did not complete the agreement..
