I paid Morts Water Company to come out and fix a leaky pipe in the basement, Morts Water Company came out put in a new pipe and they said I need a new water valve, so they replaced the water valve and said I need an extra water valve so they put in 2 water valves, after a few days I had no water pressure in the bathtub so I replaced the water faucets in the bathtub but that didn't fix it, so I called Morts Water Company and he said he wouldn't charge me anything to come out and look at it, so Justin the owner of Morts Water Company came out and went ahead and took out that second water valve and stood in the living room and said there wouldn't be a charge for it because he took out that second water valve that wasn't working anyway for it, we thanked him and he left, a month later I get a bill for $139.39, I called Morts Water Company and talked to Justin the owner of Morts Water Company and he called me a liar then threatened me with small claims court. I paid for the pipe and water valves and labor, I don't believe I should pay for what they messed up on and had to come back out to removed that second water valve. Resolution Sought I would like Morts Water Company to dismiss this and I'll never call them again for anything.
