To the attention of Executive Management of Mossy Nissan: It is important that I bring to your attention the unprofessional service provided in my recent financing experience at Mossy Nissan in Oceanside. I have previously owned a Nissan vehicle (from a different dealership) therefore decided to remain a loyal customer to Nissan and upgrade to a newer vehicle. During my first visit at Mossy Nissan in Oceanside I was asked to submit all documents required during the finance process (as usual). After the review of my documents I was told that I had been approved, paperwork was signed, a down payment was given, keys received and I drove off with the car. This was such an exciting moment especially for my children who looked forward to a more comfortable family vehicle. All of this excitement to then being notified that I needed to return the vehicle due to the bank "not approving the loan." I was told that I needed to submit further documentation and that the bank would then approve the loan. Having to go out of my way to gather additional documents was such an inconvenience, being a single parent you can imagine how busy I already am. The situation could've been avoided if the process was done correctly the first time. Nonetheless seeing the excitement in my children's face I decided to continue with the process more so due to the fact that I was guaranteed an approval once I submitted additional information. More information, but ran out of room. Resolution Sought I would appreciate someone from corporate could address this matter. Get a full response.
