I am homeless and I would like him to be suspended without pay or terminated.

I reserved a room at the motel 6 in North olmsted. When I got there. I was told the rooms where all sold out. The male attendant told me never to come back there. I have patronized the motel 6 for many, many years. I would like for him to be punished in some kind of way. He was very indignant towards me.
