Desk attendant said we could check in at 5am when we tried to check in at 1am we wait till the time she agreed that if we gave her 25$ she would honor or stay. Upon check she tried to double charge me for $53.71 argued about the issue then took said it decline I said of course you said 25$ she wanted me to use the atm to pull out 25$. Have been staying here in the past month, did not honor our original reservation, had to pay another 99.00 plus the 25$ from the first setting the manager stated if you've been here before you know they rules I stated it's not my business it's uours Resolution Sought Be looked into for laundering or better help
