The staff is unprofessional, ignorant and rude!!

The staff is unprofessional, ignorant and rude. Especially the manager Tanesha. They lie about the prices of rooms, they don't maintenance the rooms like they should be, taking inappropriate amount of time for lunch or break and doesn't return til 2-6 hours later. As I am writing this, it's 7:15pm . I'm waiting for the manager to come back from her lunch from 3 hours ago. Mind you, they have a 45 mins sign on the window. Re-do the entire staffing. They're too familial and it's producing an irritable work environment for your customers.
