Assigned room #115 then moved to #167 both rooms were filthy. #115 had huge blood stains on mattress sheets were stained toilet was plugged, tv remote didn't work, phone didn't work towels looked and smelled dirty and stained. Checked in about 7PM druggies all in front of room and roaming the property and parking lot asked for a refund was told no refund and no other rooms available see manager in the morning. Went back to office about 4:30 AM was moved to #167 TV black lines from cracked screen floors filthy phone no cord Adjoining room was a young woman who was obviously on drugs she kept banging stuff on wall. Got no sleep at 10 :30 AM HOUSEKEEPING. USED HER CARD KEY AND JUST OPENED MY DOOR WITHOUT ANNOUNCING OR KNOCKING. I WENT TO OFFICE TO LOOK FOR THE MANAGER TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE NO. MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION AND NOTHING COULD BE DONE EVEN THOUGH I STARTED ASKING FOR A REFUND SOON AFTER CHECKING IN. Resolution Sought Be shut down until they come up too code offer clean rooms clear out the druggies loitering and have experienced manager on site. This place feels like it's a squatting place for drug addicts. Also a full refund

On September 8th 2023 I found that the room door was open when I got there but it didn't look Disturbed so I stayed and in the morning there was roaches in the bathroom so they only gave me half of the money back and it's not even notated correctly on the invoice I gave them $90 and so they gave me less than half and they told me to come back and speak to the manager so I went today 9/16 and they said that they had banned me from the hotel for disputing with the manager or the staff which is my step cousin and that they refused to give me my half bath and I drove all the way over there for nothing they would not even answer the office phone when I was calling... So if at all I can sue them for the entire amount for my troubles and for the room because I only got less than half back the first time when I told them about the violations on the rental and I had to waste my gas going and coming for no reason because they refused to help me... Resolution Sought I would like $ 90 +back for the rental and the inconvenience. Thank you
