Raised prices knowing we had been evacuated from our home.
Raised prices knowing we had been evacuated from our home. Our room smelled awful, the toilet had become plugged. I was told I would to wait until the maid could get to our room. They wouldn't give me a plunger. My daughters room had cockroaches in the bathtub and on the chairs. Used soap, few towels, no shampoo. Trash everywhere outside, flies were horrible. When we told them about our concerns they laughed. Horrible We got our money back. They should be reported for having fifty rooms. I am going to report them to the health department as well.
