I stayed at the motel 6 in Altoona Iowa on oct 4th through the 6th checking out on the 6th. I went outside to take my dog to the bathroom and the hotel cleaners entered my room at 9:45am. My check out time wasn't until 11am. The cleaners didn't even speak English for me to be able to find out what they were doing in there. I have tried to get something done about this for over a week now with nothing but being told no I won't get a refund and getting hung up on. I had personal belonging come up missing out of my room and that total is 400 dollars. Or more. My 4th amendment rights were violated and nothing is being done about it. Resolution Sought I would like a refund from my room for 2 days and I was gonna be ok with that but now I'm not I want a refund my belongings replaced and also compensated for all this bill crap I have dealt with since and the motel making me feel like I am in the wrong not them.
