Not honoring advertised prices.
When you have prices that's advertised on Travelocity and other websites that you guys used and pay me to prices and quit trying to jack it up 30 to $40 more. Get rid of the rude staff and quit hiring Andre firing people are stealing from them from the front office.

This hotel needs better house keeping a d employees that actually care about their guests.
Checked into Motel 6 in St Joseph Missouri and our room is filthy dirty. There are dead flies smashed into the walls. Our room door does NOT lock from the outside so anyone can come into our room. We told management and all they said was pack up your belongings and take them with you every time you leave your room. They would not switch us to a different room and truly didn't care about our problems with our room.
