We stayed here from 1/29-2/3, we were scheduled to stay until 2/4, but on 2/1, the power went out, and the manager refused to relocate me or refund my money. I had to stay there 2 days without electricity until I was paid to be able to make a reservation elsewhere. The maid never came we had no amenities, there were bugs, and the people next to our room were smoking and we could smell it, this is non-smoking establishment. Resolution Sought A refund of $520.44 for the entire stay

Power was off for 2 days guest paid online 6 days and we refunded half money back $260.00 after they stayed the entire time to make guest happy and fully satisfied.
