Purchased a vehicle from moto cars Muncie paid one thousand dollars as a down payment in cash and traded a 2007 Honda Odyssey van for 300 so a total of 1,300 as a down payment for a 2015 Dodge Journey. Due to paperwork not being done right and updated with my lender encompass which I had to do several times over due to incorrections of the paper work. my first payment was pushed back to June 15th which I have witness to attest the owner of moto cars stated my first payment date of June 15th. I got payed June 30th which is today and I was going to make my payment then but they came a repossessed my vehicle for non payment because Greg the owner of Moto cars didn't redo the paperwork in the system!!!! They never picked up my van for the trade in now it's been towed and a tow fee of 550 dollar is what they will charge to get that vehicle back from Jdw towing in Anderson, Indiana and for me to get the Dodge Journey back it will be 1,440. I feel as if it's not my mess up they should fix it and make it right . I'm not the only account that has been messed up through them either!!!! I've tried to talk to the owner but he's dodging calls so this is the only way I know how to get results Resolution Sought Refund me my down payment or fix the paperwork and have my vehicle released that I purchased from them
