I was sold a faulty vehicle. I was promised it would be fixed within the first 30 days of the purchase free of charge which never happened. They did send me to their mechanic multiple times and they were not successful in fixing the issue. At the time of purchase of the vehicle I didn't even make it home before the issue arose. They asked me to bring it back which I did and then they sent me to the mechanic. They never made the issue right and that's what was promised. I also had a warranty on the vehicle which should've covered such issue. The vehicle is not safe to travel a long distance in at all. I've went to the dealership to even trade the vehicle in and was denied a vehicle because I couldn't cover the negative equity on the vehicle. I've took it to my personal mechanic and he's drove it for a long distance to see if he could get to the route cause and see if it's fixable and he's not even sure why it's acting that way or a possible fix for it. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would to have this issue looked into to make sure everything was done right on their end. I feel that I was mistreated and didn't get what I was promised. I'd like to have a solution to this issue.
