Tried to refinance my car. Wrong payoff quotes were giving and wrong check amount was paid. Horrible sales associate and management. My old refinance company will not release title of car till correct amount is paid by Motorefi. I have had multiple phone calls and text and still situation is not fixed. This is effectively stressful and messing up my current credit. Both Lendmark and Motorefi have been unprofessional and have not given me the service I deserve. Resolution Sought Get my refi settled with both companies at hand Lendmark Financial in Oxnard, CA And Motorefi in Arizona.
