My complaint is this, I bought a phone from T-Mobile that was created by Motorola and it just came out August 2023 called the razor plus 2023. The phone works great for the first 29 days that I had it and then I opened it I didn't drop it or anything I just simply opened it to make a phone call and the middle part where it folds it got a crack through it and then the whole entire screen went black I sent it in for a repair I paid $100 to get a new phone and insurance companies sent me back not the phone that I originally got a different color but that is in the contract apparently so my issues not with them cuz she's with Motorola because the second phone that I got replacement phone last day for 2 weeks not even 2 weeks one day shy of 2 weeks before it broke as well I sent a message to Motorola asking for them to basically give me a different phone because I am a Motorola fan and I do like their phones which are saved messages telling me no they couldn't because blah blah blah and I explained to them that this is the second phone I had and I didn't want to get a third one because it's going to do the same thing why should I have to pay all that money and they sent me messages telling me to go to T-Mobile it's their design fault and they're not doing anything about it I'm not the only person who is complained about it I found several other people on several different websites talking about the exact same thing happening to them. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for them to recall the phone because it is a fault of the phone's design not the people who own the phones they need to recall the product fix their products and then we're distributed what I would ideally like is them to recall it and replace it with the phone of equal quality

I bought a new phone from metro pcs and started having problems with the device 3 days after, my device is a Motorola Moto G 5G. When I bought it I had no problems with it from store to home, however I started noticing it was starting to freeze up and I began to get the exact same error message I was getting before I replaced my phone. "System UI is not responding" this is the same message my husband received just before his phone died completely. So I called Motorola and explained what's happening with my phone and they told me that I was going to get a replacement in the mail and then they proceeded to ask me about the damage I explained that there was something wrong with the device and that yes there was in fact some physical damage as well. They then proceeded to tell me that the physical damage voided my warranty but the software damage did not, the physical damage happened post purchase and after I was told by Motorola that I only needed to prove that I bought the phone which I gladly had faxed to them. This is the 5th phone I have bought from metro pcs that has been a Motorola device and this is the 5th and last time I will ever purchase any Moto device. Resolution Sought I want my replacement phone and I want Motorola sued.
