I took my motorcycle to Motorwitch Industries to get parts installed and then dyno tuned for max performance. The bike was running perfectly fine before they the installed the parts and performed the tune. After I picked up the bike, trailered it home. I took it for a spin and checking engine lights were popping, i was getting excessive pre fuel detonation and then bike went into limp mode and would not go above 2500RPMs and acted like it was shutndown. I called the company to inform them the issue to see what could be down and they was told they reach out me by the end of the day, that went on for 2 weeks. I was told to call about after a family emergency the owner the following week and when I did I talked to the owner informing of my issue. Then there security or whatever she even does, called me back being very bilegerant and vulgar telling me to never bring my bike to their shop thatbibam worthless to them and that I am a piece if shit and they would return my money, which never happened. I had to take my bike to another tuner and spend over $700 more dollars to fix their mistakes when this could have been easily resolved instead treating like they did. Resolution Sought I want a full refund

Mr. Mailet is absolutely correct in stating that he brought us his motorcycle along with an extensive list of customer-supplied performance parts—including a Fuel Moto big bore kit, S&S premium manifold, S&S head bolts, Fuel Moto injectors, and a Dynojet Target Tune. As is standard policy, Mr. Mailet was informed prior to any work being performed that we do not offer warranties on parts supplied by the customer. He was also present in the shop throughout the entire process—from the moment we opened the doors to the moment the final dyno pull was done. This included overseeing the installation, the 100-mile break-in, and the custom dyno tune. Before leaving with his bike, Mr. Mailet was encouraged to take it for a test ride to ensure everything felt right—and based on the grin on his face, and how he praised the bike, we’d say it absolutely did. At that time, we clearly advised him to avoid exceeding 4,000 RPM until the engine reached at least 500 miles, in order to preserve the integrity of the break-in. About a month later, Mr. Mailet contacted us multiple times, during which he voluntarily admitted to “ripping it a few times” and exceeding the 4,000 RPM threshold well before the 500-mile mark. He also informed one of our team members that he had gone back into the system and modified the tune on his own. Unfortunately, once a customer decides to take tuning into their own hands, we cannot be held responsible for the results—as is also clearly outlined in our company policy. While we understand that frustration can get the better of anyone, Mr. Mailet’s decision to slander our business on social media was disappointing. In fact, we were made aware of the posts not by Mr. Mailet himself, but by multiple clients who were concerned by what they saw.
