Around 1216/2023 put down a deposit for 500.00 in good faith for a car, things did not go as planned, so ask for my refund, a month later 1/20/2024 still no refund, have called several times and they kept telling me it was mailed, come to find out they said the owner has been carry the check around with her, not buying the story, I want my refund, now its the principal, plus interest. Resolution Sought Refund plus interest NOW

Mrs. Zern Came To Buy a Car For Her Son, We Asked For a $500.00 Deposit To Hold The Vehicle From Selling It. She Did Not Get Approved From Our Lenders. There Is A Long Process In Order For Us To Make a Refund and She Was Aware Of The Situation. She Was Told It Was 100% Refundable. She and Her Son Started Threatening The Business Almost Every Day. We Told Them The Check Was Ready On Saturday Jan. 27th, 2024. Her Son Came To Pick Up The Check. I Told Him That Their Bad Reviews We're Unnecessary, Because They Were Going To Get Their Refund Anyways.
