They have sent me 2 statements now in my full mame. I have called them and left messages 6 times, no one has returned my call. I do no owe this company money and I have no idea why they insist that I do. Resolution Sought I want this corrected and taken out of my name with a letter on their letter head stating I do not owe this money.

Company states: The complainant called us three times, and her calls were returned each time. We have spoken to the complainant, and explained the only reason we mailed the letter to her is because she stated she is her father's Power of Attorney and this is her father's bill. She has been removed from our mailing list. We are also looking into why the collection letter doesn't have the patient's information on it. This might have helped alleviate some confusion.
